Professor Reker coordinates the nomination and evaluation of seminar speakers, the coordination of seminars and research-in-progress presentations, and the coordination of annual symposia.
Associate Directors of Corporate Affairs
Professors Chatterjee and Lynch both serve as a liaison between the center and current and prospective industry partners, including those in the tech, biotech, and venture capital sectors both in the Research Triangle and beyond. Having started multiple biotechnology companies and established multiple sponsored research agreements, they will promote the cutting-edge research happening at the center and identify opportunities for industry collaboration. Finally, they will work with the Duke Office of Translation & Commercialization to connect student and faculty entrepreneurs with venture partners to enable spin-outs of promising technologies for commercialization.
