ICYMI: Special congratulations to Dr. Raluca Gordan’s Lab on their recent paper entitled, ” UV irradiation remodels the specificity landscape of transcription factors” which was featured in the PNAS Journal.
ICYMI: Congratulations to Dr. Brent Hoffman’s Lab on their recent research article in Developmental Cell which was published in the National Library of Medicine.
In this article, they used discrete time Markov chain simulations to develop a technique for probing the ability of mechanical load on one protein to recruit another. Lastly, they used machine learning to determine how this relationship change as the sub-cellular structure adapt to the mechanical loading.
ICYMI: We would like to congratulate Dr. Lawrence David & the David Lab on their recent grant from the National Institutes of Health. The David Lab received a total funding award of $404,236.
ICYMI: Congratulations to The David Lab on their recent publication entitled, “Tracking defined microbial communities by multicolor flow cytometry reveals tradeoffs between productivity and diversity“, which is featured in the Frontiers Journal.
ICYMI: Congratulations to Philip Benfey, Ph.D. & Trevor Nolan, Ph.D., on their collaborative research paper that was featured in the Science Magazine Journal. Their research paper is entitled, ” Brassinosteroid gene regulatory networks at cellular resolution in the Arabidopsis root”

Congratulations to the Schmidt Lab for their current grant/award from the National Science Foundation regarding their network theory and statistical inference to map gene regulatory network rewiring across species of archaea.
April 1, 2023:
Congratulations to Dr. Pranam Chatterjee and the Chatterjee Lab for receiving the Hartwell Individual Biomedical Research Award, a $300,000 grant from The Hartwell Foundation.
